What is the difference between Small, Medium, Large and Jumbo?
Small mangoes are approximately 150–180 g each; Medium 180–220 g; Large 220–250 g; Jumbo 250 g and above. Individual fruit weights vary.
How many mangoes come in a dozen?
One dozen contains 12 mangoes. The six peti options contain 12, 24, 36, 48, 60 and 72 mangoes.
Are the mangoes delivered ripe?
Mangoes are delivered mature and unripe for natural ripening at home. Colour and ripening time can vary from fruit to fruit.
How do I ripen mangoes at home?
Keep the mangoes at room temperature in a dry, ventilated place and check them daily. Avoid direct sunlight and do not refrigerate unripe fruit.
When is my order dispatched?
When ordering is open, dispatch follows verified prepaid payment and stock confirmation. Ordering may be paused between seasons.
What are the delivery charges?
The estimate is shown with each peti in the shop and cart. Delivery is charged per peti line and totals update as you change quantities.
Which payment methods are accepted?
When ordering is open, checkout is prepaid via Razorpay only. If ordering is paused, you can still browse prices and build a cart.
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us promptly with your order reference and clear photographs. We will review the issue and explain the available remedy in line with the order details and applicable consumer law.
